Fire watch is requested when a fire alarm, sprinkler, or related system is down, or when a property must keep a person watching for fire during construction, impairment, or another temporary condition.
The buyer is usually a property manager, contractor, or facility operator who has been told a watch is required for a set period.

We post officers to the hours and locations named for the watch. The officer follows the site’s fire-watch instructions: inspection route, interval, logging, and who to call if smoke or fire is found.

Operating boundaries
Angels Protective provides the officer and the reporting for the watch. We do not issue occupancy permits, certify fire systems, or replace the authority having jurisdiction. Response times are not published as a marketing number.
